Is there a God ? Who is God ? Is God a person ? Male or female ? Is he a man with the white beard and white hair ? What is actually God ? Where is God ? These are some of the basic questions that everyone asks.
Every great religion of this world has tried to define and portray God according to it's own appropriate beliefs and customs. Every great religion of this world has given the hope, the peace, the stability and the faith that this physical world needed. They were the source of wisdom, love and humanity. Without hope this physical reality would have been chaos. Even though sometimes religions were the causes of war and misery, they have done more good than bad to this world.
The truth is simple. God exists ! God is love. God is within us all. God looks like the image we imagine God to look like. Whatever we imagine God to look is always right. It's not the image or the representation but the belief that matters, and as long as this representation or symbol helps us to strengthen and invoke our belief system. Which is God is LOVE.
God is the most powerful and the ultimate energy flowing in this universe. It exists in us and everywhere. This is the energy that connects everything in this universal existence. Every single thing in the whole universe at the level much deeper than the atom is interconnected by this energy. This energy is pure love.
In fact, science proves that we and everything 'living' and 'non-living' in this universe are energy and made of energy. However we will not be discussing here the latest theories on quantum physics.
We can now understand why for generations the great religions of this world stress the importance of love. Forget all the complicated explanation about God. God is simple and pure. Simple to be understood by everything, 'living' and 'non -living things'. God is simply LOVE, positive energy, an energy without any hate.
It doesn't matter whether you are literate or illiterate, rich or poor, young or old, of a certain race or another, of this world or from another planet, a stone or a tree, a dog or a fish.... everyone and everything is able to understand and feel God. God is accessible to everyone and everything for free. Because God is simple and pure 'love' energy.
God belongs to all. God exceeds religion. No religion can claim 100 % monopoly over God. Religions were created to be the path to God. It doesn't matter which religion as long as LOVE is the fundamental principle.
It is important to know that God is not cruel. God doesn't punish, God doesn't dictate or throw you to hell or condemns you to eternal doom etc., God is the only and the most powerful force in the whole universe - which is pure love.
This is the force that keeps the atoms, molecules, matter, planets, galaxies and the whole universe in place and in harmony.
Believe it or not this force or energy is free. Believe it or not anyone is free to use this most powerful energy.
We can perform miracles, heal ourselves or others, be anything we wish or do anything we want. The very ONLY thing that we need to do is to tap into this free endless energy. We have been given this extraordinary gift. Everyone without exception has been given this gift. It's indeed true "God loves us". The most exciting thing about this is the fact that this energy is within us and everywhere around us. We don't need to travel anywhere, be someone, learn something, perform special acts, memorize some words, etc., to use this energy.
That's why God is simple and pure. There are no special requirements, or string attached to use this energy. Everything depends on us. It's our choice whether we want to use the energy or not. We decide our fate because we are made to be free and have a free will.
So, how can we use this energy ? or let's say how can we communicate with this energy ? or let's formulate the sentence in a recognized way: How can we communicate with God ? Simple.
For generations the most common way of communicating with God was and still is through prayer or meditation. It doesn't matter which religion or faith, in some case prayers are "heard and answered" and in some cases not. Like mentioned above, the fact is that whether you are a Buddhist, Christian, Moslem, Hindu, Jewish etc., God will hear your prayer. The second fact is that it doesn't matter which religion not all prayers are answered.
So, why are sometimes prayers answered and sometimes not ? Let's formulate it differently: Why are we not able to tap into the ultimate energy that is within us and everywhere in this universe ? The answer is simple. We are not in harmony with the vibrations of that ultimate energy (Love). Like a radio wave, our frequency needs to be synchronized in order to communicate with it. Do not forget we are energy and made of energy. Prayer or meditation are just tools that enables us to tune our energy vibrations or frequencies to the frequencies we would like to tune to.
To make it simple, to communicate with God, the frequency of our energy vibration should match to that energy vibration of love (God). It is as simple as that.
The "YOU Book - Communicating with God" discusses the steps on how to communicate with God.

WHAT ARE WE ?
Simplified, we are three entities in one. Namely the 'ME', the brain and the body. That's it.
This concept of three in one can be found in almost all of the great religions of this world. Even though this concept might be interpreted differently by the different religions of this world, all agree on the basic fundamental principle that we are more than just a flesh and blood.
THE 'ME'
This is the real us. This is the entity that makes the choice and decisions. All our emotions and feelings are the result of 'ME'. In fact, everything we do, good or bad is controlled by 'ME'.
'ME' is our awareness, our consciousness, our soul. 'ME' is real us. It exists forever and can never be destroyed.
Many of this world's greatest religions have this concept called the soul, eternity, heaven, reincarnation etc., The concepts of karma, sins, confessions, purification of the soul etc., These concepts of us being an eternal being are mentioned and taught many times and for many generations . But non of us know for sure ... or do we ?
THE BRAIN
The brain is an interface between the 'ME' and the body. To be more precise it's an interface between us and our body. Without our brain we would not be able to control our body directly. Without our brain we would not be able to feel and sense this physical reality. We ('ME') use our body via our brain to interact with this physical reality or dimension. For example, disable the brain and we won't feel any 'physical' pain or pleasure. All our interaction with this physical reality through our BODY ceases to exist. This doesn't necessarily mean that 'we' cease to exist. This doesn't necessarily mean that our interaction with this physical world ceases to exist. It could also mean that we might need to use another interface to interact with this physical reality. Please note that the BRAIN is our interface to our BODY. We use our body in order to interact with this physical reality.
What if we use another interface instead of the brain and another 'vehicle' instead of the body to interact with this physical reality or dimension ?
THE BODY
The body is just a tool, vehicle or a 'space suit' we use to interact with this world or physical reality. It's exactly that same as we use screw driver to tighten a screw or a car to take us from point A to point B. We are not the screw driver or we are not the car. This applies to our body too. Like all vehicles our body will need maintenance and like all vehicles it has all the necessary sensors to interact with this reality.
Therefore our body is not us. Most of the time we see 'ourselves' in the mirror and for whatever reason say ... "that's not me" ... "I am trapped in this body" ... That's why we have the expression "don't judge a book by it's cover". You will be surprised how different people are when you really start knowing them instead of just judging them by their look.
We can say that our body is just a representation of the 'ME' in this physical reality. It's like an avatar in a 3D virtual world (i.e., chat, games etc.,) representing the real player. If your avatar dies in a game, it doesn't mean that you are dead. You can always login to the game and play again or choose a different avatar. This is what our body is like.
Our body is just an avatar in this game called physical reality and we('ME') are controlling it using the interface (keyboard, joystick, software, PC etc., ) called the brain.
Even if your avatar dies, or you computer crashes you will still exist. No ? That's in fact how we are. We are 'ME'. We cannot perish, die or disappear. We have existed and will continue to exist forever. Like the great religions of this world have been saying ... "We have been created in the image God"
That's as simple as that.

- What is this nonsense life ?
- What's all this hate in this world ?
- What's death ?
- Why do we die ?
- What's happiness ?
- Does GOD exist ?
- Are we alone in this infinite universe ?
- What's love ?
- Is life really that complicated ?
- Why is there so much misery, war, disease, hunger etc., in this life ?
- Is there life after death ?
- Why are some rich and others poor ?
- Why are some always happy other always sad ?
- Why are we sometimes sick and sometimes healthy ?
- Who are we ?
- Why do we have to work to live ?
- Does soul exist ?
- Is there a simple truth about life ?
- hundred of questions ... that needs an answer
THE FIRST STEP
Yes there is a simple answer to all of the questions of life. The answer is in fact just in front of us. We just have to open our eyes too see it. It is so obvious we ignore it 'unconsciously', because we are human. As a human we are not able to see clearly what life is all about. Because we are IN life, and life is an ocean, an ocean of feelings, emotions, experience ...
A fish in the ocean can't imagine the existence of an elephant or a desert. A fish's world is limited by the ocean it lives in. We are like the fish.
However as a human we have also another attribute. We have an infinite choice and imagination. We have the ABILITY to transform from our 'human' nature to any imaginable 'existence'.
We have full control of our own destiny, existence and imagination. We chose what we are and what we want to be.
Being a 'human' is a curse as well as a blessing at the same time. We have be given all the power in the universe but at the same time we are not even able solve our simple problems of life.
We could say we humans have dual nature. It's how we master and manage our duality which will lead us to find all the answers to those questions. In fact all the questions are one and the same .... and have the same answer.
THE SIMPLE FACTS
- Universe is infinite
- Our imagination is infinite
- The common denominator for all the great religions of this world -> Love
- We feel sometimes the presence of another us inside us (soul ? spirit ? the other us ?)
- We can distinguish between good and bad
- Our flesh and blood is made of atoms which in turn is made of energy
- The whole universe is made of atoms -> energy
- Our thought are also made of energy
- Love is energy
- Hate is energy
- Every emotion is an energy
- Our brain -> is a physical interface between our dual nature (with the other us)
- Soul -> the other us ??
- Our brain doesn't think for itself. We think through our brain to control our physical being (ME -> brain -> body).
- Therefore there are three parties involved -> ME - brain -body
- ME -> is what we truly are. Me is the other us. Could this 'Me' be what people might call a soul ?
- Brain is just an interface or a tool used my 'ME' to communicate and command the body.
- Body is just a vehicle or a space suite needed to survive, exist, or to represent us in this universal dimension or what we might call this physical reality.
Could there be another reality ? Yes there is.
